✨APPLYING UV DECALS✨
1. Prepare the Surface: Begin by thoroughly cleaning the surface where you intend to place the decal. Use a lint-free cloth and Windex to remove any dirt, oil, or contaminants. Allow the surface to air dry completely before proceeding.
2.Peel off the Backing: Gently remove the backing paper from the decal, being extra cautious not to touch the adhesive side to prevent leaving fingerprints or marks on the decal.
3. Precisely Position the Decal: Place the decal onto the surface with care, ensuring it's in the desired location. You can use your fingers or a plastic card (such as the edge of a credit card) to smooth out any bubbles or wrinkles. Start from the center of the decal and work your way outward.
4. Apply Even Pressure: Use your fingertips or squeegee to apply firm, even pressure across the entire decal design. This step is crucial for ensuring a secure bond between the decal and the surface. Pay Attention to the edges and small details of designs spend extra time squeegeeing them down for a perfect transfer.
5. Remove the Clear Carrier Sheet: Gently and slowly peel away the clear transfer (carrier) sheet from the surface. If the decal starts to lift, gently push it back down and rub it onto the surface with firm pressure before attempting to remove the carrier sheet again.
